  • .75c - unsweetened almond milk
  • .25c - organic IdealRaw chia seeds
  • 1scoop - banana almond IdealRaw
  • 1tbsp - maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a sealable container. Whisk and mix well until combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour or overnight.  The longer it sits, the thicker it gets.  Optional: top with bananas, cool-whip, and crushed graham cracker crumbs.  Enjoy!
