Chocolate Vegan Cookies

Clean eating chocolate cookies that are also vegan-friendly? Um yes, please!

These cookies are seriously so good. Made with wholesome ingredients like avocado, cocoa, and IdealRaw Organic Protein you won’t have to feel guilty satisfying your sweet tooth. We dare you to only eat one!

Chocolate Vegan Cookies

Makes about 20 cookies, serving size is 1 cookie



  • 1.25c - white whole wheat flour
  • 1scoop - Chocolate IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • 1tso - baking powder
  • .25tsp - salt
  • 3tbsp - cocoa powder
  • .25c - IdealRaw Organic Coconut Oil
  • .25c - mashed avocado
  • 2tbsp - agave nectar
  • .5c - coconut sugar
  • .25c - nsweetened almond milk
  • .25c - vegan chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with a Silpat baking mat or parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, add the mashed avocado, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and agave nectar. Whisk together until creamy and smooth. Add half of the flour mixture to wet ingredients.  Start folding it in with a wooden spoon. Add the milk and the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until the flour disappears. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  3. Form cookie dough into tablespoon balls and place on prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Slightly flatten the cookies with the palm of your hand or a spatula. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for two minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.
