Cranberry Coconut Chia Seed Bars
- 1tbsp - IdealRaw Organic Chia Seeds
- 1scoop - Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
- .5c - uncooked quinoa
- 1.25c - pitted dates
- .25c - unsweetened shredded coconut
- .25c - dried unsweetened cranberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend dates until smooth (add water if needed to help blend).
Mix blended dates with all other ingredients. Press down into the bottom of parchment-lined loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into 8 bars.
