Mango Quinoa Bars
- .5cup - uncooked quinoa
- 2scoops - IdealRaw Superfood Blend
- 1.25cup - pitted dates
- .5cup - raw almonds, chopped
- .25cup - pumpkin seeds
- .25cup - chopped dried mango

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a high powered blender or food processor, blend dates until smooth.
Mix blended dates with all other ingredients. Press down into the bottom of parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into 8 squares. Enjoy!
