Ingredients

  • 1c - rolled oats
  • 1c - unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1scoop - Organic Vanilla IdealRaw
  • .33c - flax meal
  • .25tsp - salt
  • .5c - natural peanut butter
  • .33c - honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.  Press into a bread loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper.

  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Lift the bars out of the pan using the sides of the parchment paper. Cut into 36 small bite-sized squares.
