Natural and Organic Vanilla Almond Granola


Vanilla Maple Almond Granola

6 (1/2 Cup)


  • 2c - old fahsioned oats
  • .25c - unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1tbsp - chia seeds
  • 1scoop - Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
  • .25c - baby pumpkin seeds
  • .5c - almonds, chopped
  • .5c - 100% organic maple syrup
  • .25tsp - sea salt
  • .25c - coconut oil

  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees F. Mix oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in Vanilla IdealRaw.

  3. Pour on oat mixture. Stir until completely coated. Spread mixture onto a baking tray in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Stir mixture, and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in coconut chips. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
