Vegan Energy Bowl

If you need an energy boosting breakfast, then this protein-packed vegan energy bowl is going to be your new favorite!

You can top it with whatever you’d like, but my favorites are fresh berries and coconut! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • .33c - rolled oats
  • .66c - water
  • - dash of salt
  • 1tbsp - ground flax
  • .5scoop - Chocolate IdealRaw Organic Protein

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, water, and salt in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.  Cook oats for about 3-4 minutes.  Remove from heat and quickly stir in protein powder and flax.  Stir until combined.  Pour into a bowl and top with berries and coconut.  Enjoy!
