Take a bite into fall with these yummy caramel apples! Made with IdealRaw Organic Protein and coconut, you’ll love this healthified twist on the seasonal classic.
You can keep it simple and just dip them in caramel or have fun with it and sprinkle them in coconut flakes, your favorite nuts, or chocolate.
Serving size is one apple.
- .25c - unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 1c - coconut sugar
- 1scoop - Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
- 4 - medium apples

Wash and remove stems from apples, then press sticks into the tops and set aside.
Mix coconut milk and coconut sugar over medium heat. Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Add Vanilla IdealRaw and whisk until smooth.
Dip apples, then place on wax paper. If desired, add toppings (nuts, coconut, etc) and enjoy!
