Hi! I’m Nicole Wilder, The Mommy Trainer.

I’m a certified personal trainer and I’m also a mom to three busy kids.

I know as well as anyone how motherhood can leave its mark on our bodies.

After each pregnancy, my self-esteem took a nose dive as I wallowed through the weight gain and emotions that come along with being postpartum.

My body had just done this amazing thing and yet, I’d never felt worse.

I gained a significant amount of weight with each of my three pregnancies and I struggled to lose that extra weight with each one as well.
