I get it guys. Getting enough greens is tricky.

Whether it’s the taste, convenience factor, or the price of fresh greens, it can be hard to get what your body needs. And let me tell ya, your body NEEDS green veggies!

Green Banana Peanut Butter Muffins



  • ½ c white whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Organic Greens 
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ¾ c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ c coconut sugar
  • ¼ c peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 c dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, IdealLean French Vanilla Protein powder, salt, and baking powder until combined. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, egg, coconut sugar, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Combine with flour mixture until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared muffin pan (should fill about 12).
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!

Green Pina Colada

  • 1 c frozen pineapple
  • 1 c unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Organic Greens
  1. Add ice, blend, and enjoy!
 Serves 1. Calories per serving: 337 / Protein 4g / Carbs 53g / Fat 11g

Green Bites


  • ¾ c raw cashews
  • ¾ c Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Organic Greens
  • ¼ c unsweetened coconut
  1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until mixture turns into a dough. Roll into 10 balls and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Serves 5. Serving size: 2 bites. Calories per serving: 208 / Protein 4g / Carbs 25g / Fat 11g

Green Tortillas


  • 1 ¼ c white whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Organic Greens
  • ¼ c extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ c warm water
  1. Mix flour, IdealRaw greens, olive oil, and salt until mixture becomes crumbly. Slowly add water and continue mixing until the dough is combined.
  2. Cut dough into 6 pieces equal pieces and roll into balls. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Give the pan a couple of minutes to heat up.
  4. Roll out dough on floured surface to the desired size. Drop onto hot pan and let it cook for 2-4 minutes until tortilla starts to puff and golden. Flip over and cook another minute. Repeat with remaining dough and enjoy!
Serving size: 1 tortilla. Calories per serving: 140 / Protein 4g / Carbs 20g / Fat 7g

Citrus Pineapple Green Smoothie



  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • ½ c frozen pineapple
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Organic Greens
  • ½ c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  1. Add ice, blend, and enjoy!

Crustless Quiche

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Organic Greens
  • ¾ c skim milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ c low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ c grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray oven safe pie pan or small casserole dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. Whisk eggs, egg whites, IdealRaw Greens, milk and salt and pepper until smooth. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until egg mixture has set. Top with additional veggies if desired. Slice into 4 and enjoy!

Peach Coconut Chia Green

  • 1 c frozen peaches

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
