Banana Chia Seed Muffins

Healthy banana chia seed muffin


  • 1/2 c oats
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 2 scoops Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg (or egg replacer)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. agave
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds


  1. Mix together all dry ingredients until combined.
  2. Add egg, coconut oil, agave, mashed bananas, and almond milk until batter is smooth.
  3. Mix in chia seeds.
  4. Pour into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
