- 1/2 c oats
- 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 2 scoops Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg (or egg replacer)
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. agave
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- Mix together all dry ingredients until combined.
- Add egg, coconut oil, agave, mashed bananas, and almond milk until batter is smooth.
- Mix in chia seeds.
- Pour into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
