Banana Peanut Butter Blondies | Nutritious Recipe

How has your week been? It’s time for a little treat! Something delicious that will help you reach your protein intake goals and create some muscle mass!




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside
  2. Mix peanut butter, banana, applesauce, and coconut sugar until smooth. Add IdealRaw and mix until combined.Pour into prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!
