Birthday Mug Cake

It just wouldn’t be a birthday without CAKE – checkout this AMAZING Birthday Mug Cake!


1 Scoop IdealRaw Vanilla
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ tsp baking powder
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles(optional)
¼ cup #halotop dairy-free Vanilla Ice Cream(optional)


1. In a mug, mix together IdealRaw Vanilla Protein, coconut flour, and baking powder. Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk and mix until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
2. Cook in microwave for 1- 2 minutes (may vary depending on microwave). 3. If desired, top with ¼ cup Halo Top Vanilla or other choice of ice cream.
