It’s #NationalChocolateChipDay today and we’re celebrating by munchin’ on these delicious chocolate chip cookie bars!
This recipe will make 16 bars, so you can have them WHENEVER you want!
Who says it has to be National Chocolate Chip Day for you to indulge in a good old fashioned chocolate chip cookie?

- 1 cup oats, ground
- .5 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop IdealRaw Vanilla Protein
- .5 tsp baking soda
- .25 tsp salt
- .5 tsp baking powder
- .25 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- .5 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- .25 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a 8×13 square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix ground oats, almond flour, Vanilla IdealRaw, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl or over the stovetop, melt peanut butter and coconut oil.
Mix together and add coconut sugar, vanilla and egg and stir until smooth.
Add to oat mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and press down in to parchment lined pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
Cool and cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
