Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Chia seeds have recently become very popular, and for good reason! They’ve got so many great health benefits.

They’re packed with plenty of fiber, protein, antioxidants, and omega 3’s.

This chocolate peanut butter chia pudding is a great snack to fill up on since it provides your body with so many important nutrients!

Ingredients

  • .75 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.  Refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours). If desired, top with fresh berries and enjoy!
