Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Cups

Ingredients:

Cup Filling

  • 8 tsp. natural peanut butter, divided
  • 1/3 c dark chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a muffin pan with 8 muffin cups, set aside.
  3. Melt the coconut oil, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in the microwave.
  4. In another bowl, mix the oats, flax, protein, salt, and cocoa.
  5. Add the melted mixture to the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Evenly divide the granola mixture between the muffin cups.
  7. Lightly press the mixture up the sides to make a cup shape.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before you add the filling. Once they are cooled, fill each cup with 1 tsp. natural peanut butter.
  10. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, and top each cup with 1 tbsp. of melted chocolate.
  11. Allow cups to cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours). If desired, top with fresh fruit and enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pumpkin Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 c pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/4 c rolled oats, partially blended
  • 1/4 c raw pumpkin seeds

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill for 2 hours. This will make them easier to roll. Roll the dough into 20 bite-sized balls. Enjoy or keep chilled until ready to eat.
