If we are going to go ahead and eat ALL the chocolate, it might as well be good for us! These clean eating truffles are made with real ingredients and are totally customizable. They make the perfect gift or save them all for yourself! We won’t tell. 😉
Clean Eating Chocolate Truffles
Makes about 10 truffles, serving is 1 truffle
- .5c - raw almonds
- .5c - raw cashews
- 1c - pitted dates
- 1tsp - coconut oil
- 2tbsp - chocolate chips, melted
- 1tbsp - cocoa powder
- .25tsp - tsp salt
- - 1 scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter IdealRaw

Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain. In a high powered blender or food processor blend almonds and cashews.
Add dates, coconut oil, melted chocolate chips, cocoa powder, salt, and Chocolate Peanut Butter IdealRaw and blend until mixture turns into a sticky dough.
Roll into 10 balls. If desired, dust with cocoa powder, coconut, crushed nuts, matcha, etc. Enjoy!
