Cold Brew Ice Cream

From now on, let’s have this delicious Cold Brew ice cream for dinner (or breakfast! we won’t judge!) whenever we want to!

1 can Coconut Cream, chilled
1 can Coconut Milk, chilled
2 Scoops IdealRaw Cold Brew Protein
2 TBSP Sweetener of choice (we used coconut sugar, can also use Monkfruit, stevia, etc)
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder


Chill Coconut cream and milk cans in the fridge overnight. In a high speed blender or food processor, add both cans of coconut cream and milk and blend for 30-60 seconds to create air in the mixture. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a chilled metal pan or bowl and freeze. To prevent ice crystals in the mixture, mix every 30 minutes for 1-2 hours until you have a fluffy soft serve consistency. Best served immediately at this consistency. If frozen for later, leave out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to allow it to thaw. Enjoy!
