Dark Chocolate Cashew Ice Cream

Dark Chocolate Cashew Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1.25 c cashew milk
  • 1 scoop Chocolate IdealRaw Protein
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • dash of salt

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together on high in a blender.

  2. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturers instructions.  Or, pour into a container and freeze in the freezer for 2 hours.

  3. Allow to thaw for 15 minutes before scooping.  Top with desired ice cream toppings!
