Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl,  this recipe is both delicious and healthy! Bonus it’s also super easy to make! It contains Pitaya aka dragonfruit which is a good source of vitamin C and antioxidants!

1 banana chopped and frozen
1 cup mango chopped and frozen
1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya) chopped and frozen
1/4 cup coconut milk canned, full fat
1 scoop IdealRaw Vanilla

Toppings (optional):
Any fresh fruit you’d like!
Coconut flakes
Hemp seeds
Chocolate chips/chunks

Add the frozen fruit to a food processor or high power blender. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to thaw slightly before blending. Add coconut milk and IdealRaw protein and process until very smooth and the mixture begins to fluff up. Use a spoon to push down any chunks of fruit that aren’t processing. Top with fruit, nuts, coconut, or nut butter, or just enjoy like soft serve ice cream!
