Edible Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

What’s better than cookie dough? EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH!

Sometimes I think the cookie dough is better than the actual baked cookie. This recipe proves my point.

Made with Chocolate Peanut Butter IdealRaw Organic Protein and other wholesome ingredients, you can indulge in some plant based goodness without all the guilt.

Edible Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • .33 c natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbps coconut sugar
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter IdealRaw Protein
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • .25 c white whole wheat flour
  • .125 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Method

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and coconut sugar.

  2. Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.  Mix to combine.

  3. Add the water, 1 Tbsp at a time, stirring after each addition, until you reach your desired cookie dough consistency.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.  Enjoy right away with the spoon! Or cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to enjoy!
