Mango Quinoa Bars

- .5 cup uncooked quinoa
- 2 scoops IdealRaw Superfood Blend
- 1.25 cup pitted dates
- .5 cup raw almonds, chopped
- .25 cup pumpkin seeds
- .25 cup chopped dried mango
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a high powered blender or food processor, blend dates until smooth.
Mix blended dates with all other ingredients. Press down into the bottom of parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into 8 squares. Enjoy!
