Whip these up in less than 15 minutes and serve them at your next dinner party. They’ll definitely be a big hit!
Matcha Almond Cookies
- 2 cookies, makes 5
- 1cup - blanched almond flour
- 2scoops - IdealRaw Matcha Tea
- .5cup - baking stevia
- 1tbsp - coconut oil, melted
- 1medium - egg
- 2tbsp - white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheet and set aside.
Mix almond flour, IdealRaw Matcha, and stevia. Add coconut oil and egg and stir until mixture forms a dough. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Scoop cookies (makes about 10) onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
