Spring might be right around the corner (we hope!) but that doesn’t mean it’s not colder than blazes out there! If you need a little something warm on a chilly day, make this low-carb, low-calorie Mexican mocha steamer! It will warm you right up!

  • 1.5c - water
  • - 1 scoop Mocha IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • .5tsp - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • - dash of cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a simmer, but not boiling.  Quickly whisk in the protein and cinnamon.  Pour into a mug and enjoy!
