Miniature Cookie Dough Bites

Three words. Cookie dough BITES!

I don’t know about you but those three words are some of my favorites. I’m a huge fan of cookie dough, but sadly most cookie dough is full of sugar and processed white flour.

These bites are made with real ingredients, are low in sugar, and taste incredible. Enjoy!

Miniature Cookie Dough Bites

Serving size is 1 bite, makes about 36 bites

Ingredients

  • 1.25c - oat flour
  • 1scoop - Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
  • .25c - cashew butter
  • .25c - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tsp - vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp - mini chocolate chips
  • 1tsp - honey
  • - dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a medium both and mix with a wooden spoon, hand mixer, or even your hands!  The consistency should be like cookie dough.  Roll into 1 teaspoon sized balls. You should get about 36 tiny balls.

  2. Freeze cookie dough balls for 30 minutes, or chill in the refrigerator for a softer texture for at least 1 hour or until your ready to use.
