Mocha Chip Bars

- .5 cup pecans
- .75 cup raw cashews
- 1.25 cup pitted dates
- 1 scoop IdealRaw Mocha Protein
- .125 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
In a high powered blender or food processor, blend nuts until ground. Add dates, IdealRaw Mocha protein, and sea salt until it forms a dough.
Removed from blender and press down into loaf pan. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Cut into 8 bars. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
