Mocha Chip Bars

  • .5 cup pecans
  • .75 cup raw cashews
  • 1.25 cup pitted dates
  • 1 scoop IdealRaw Mocha Protein
  • .125 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips


  1. In a high powered blender or food processor, blend nuts until ground. Add dates, IdealRaw Mocha protein, and sea salt until it forms a dough.

  2. Removed from blender and press down into loaf pan. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  3. Cut into 8 bars. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
