Mocha Pumpkin Cookies

These mocha pumpkin cookies will definitely hit the spot. Made with real, clean ingredients you can enjoy a few guilt free! They are good to share too. Enjoy!

Mocha Pumpkin Cookies

Makes 20 cookies. Serving size: 2 cookies.

  • .5 c quick oats
  • .5 c quinoa flakes
  • 1 Mocha IdealRaw Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • .5 c pumpkin puree
  • .52 c pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.

  2. Mix oats, quinoa flakes, Mocha IdealRaw, and baking powder until combined. Add pumpkin and maple syrup and mix until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Spoon onto prepared baking sheet (should make about 20 cookies). Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
