Made with whole ingredients like whole oats, honey, and natural peanut butter, these peanut butter and honey squares are the perfect little energy bombs.

Ingredients

  • 1 c rolled oats
  • 1 c unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 scoop Organic Vanilla IdealRaw
  • .33 c flax meal
  • .25 tsp salt
  • .5 c natural peanut butter
  • .33 c honey

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.  Press into a bread loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper.

  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Lift the bars out of the pan using the sides of the parchment paper. Cut into 36 small bite-sized squares.
