Peanut Butter Thai Noodles | How Hot Can you Go?


  • 10 ½ oz zucchini spirals
  • ¼ large red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ c shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

spicy peanut sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. IdealRaw Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp. warm water
  • 1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce ( Or more…)
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil


  1. Whisk all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Saute zoodles, red pepper, carrots, green onion on stovetop.
  3. Toss zoodles in sauce, add cilantro, and enjoy!
