Piña Colada Protein Shake

Since we can’t travel this year, we’re relaxing, putting our feet up and soaking in the warm, sunny, summer weather with this Piña Colada Protein Shake! One sip of this healthy breakfast or snack will transport you to a breezy tropical island – no plane ticket required! 
 
-Ingredients-
1/2 cup Pineapple, frozen
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw
1 1/2 cups Ice
1/4 tsp rum extract
Optional: vegan whipped cream
 
-Instructions-
Blend all ingredients together. Top with whipped cream and sliced pineapple if desired.
