Pumpkin Caramel Apple Bites

Pumpkins and apples. Probably the two most fall-like foods out there. We decided to combine the two for the ultimate fall treat!

Sweet and tangy, these pumpkin caramel apple bites are the perfect sweet treat. The slivered almonds give them a nice crunch too. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Caramel Apple Bites

Serving size is one apple slice

  • 1 medium green apple
  • .25 c almond butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • .5 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • .25 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup (optional)


  1. Mix almond butter, pumpkin puree, Vanilla IdealRaw, and pumpkin pie spice until combined. Cut apple into about 6 slices (only using 4 middle pieces).

  2. Spread almond butter mixture onto apple slices and top with almonds and caramel sauce. Enjoy!
