Sweet and tangy, these pumpkin caramel apple bites are the perfect sweet treat. The slivered almonds give them a nice crunch too. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Caramel Apple Bites
Serving size is one apple slice
- 4 people
- 1 - medium green apple
- .25c - almond butter
- 1tbsp - pumpkin puree
- .5scoop - Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
- .25tsp - pumpkin pie spice
- 2tbsp - sliced almonds
- 1tbsp - sugar free caramel syrup (optional)

Mix almond butter, pumpkin puree, Vanilla IdealRaw, and pumpkin pie spice until combined. Cut apple into about 6 slices (only using 4 middle pieces).
Spread almond butter mixture onto apple slices and top with almonds and caramel sauce. Enjoy!
