- 1 15 oz can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chipotle seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas, then mix with olive oil and chipotle seasoning until fully coated.
- Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
