Roasted Chipotle Chickpeas

Healthy roasted chipotle chickpeas


  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. chipotle seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas, then mix with olive oil and chipotle seasoning until fully coated.
  3. Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
