Snickerdoodle No bake Cookies

The best type of cookie is the one that you don’t have to wait long for. These no bake snickerdoodle cookies are quick, packed with nutrition, and are oh so delicious.

These snickerdoodles are made with cashews, Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein, and oats, making them flourless! Enjoy with a glass of almond milk to make your day sweet!

No Bake Snickerdoodle Cookies

Makes 15 cookies

  • 1 c cashews, unsalted
  • .75 c rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • .5 c chopped dates
  • 1 tspb honey
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp IdealRaw Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp water


  1. In a food processor, process oats and cashews until fine. Add all other ingredients and process until a dough forms.

  2. Roll into 15 balls and line on parchment paper. Lightly flatten into a cookie shape.

  3. Chill for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
