These snickerdoodles are made with cashews, Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein, and oats, making them flourless! Enjoy with a glass of almond milk to make your day sweet!

Makes 15 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1c - cashews, unsalted
  • .75c - rolled oats
  • 1 - scoop Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
  • 2tsp - cinnamon
  • .5c - chopped dates
  • 1tspb - honey
  • dash - of salt
  • 1tbsp - IdealRaw Coconut Oil
  • 1tbsp - water

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, process oats and cashews until fine. Add all other ingredients and process until a dough forms.

  2. Roll into 15 balls and line on parchment paper. Lightly flatten into a cookie shape.

  3. Chill for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
