Superberry Thumbprint Cookies
- Makes 15 cookies
- .5c - raw almonds
- .5c - raw cashews
- 1c - dates
- 1scoop - Superberry IdealRaw Protein

Soak dates in warm water for at least 15 minutes, until softened. Drain and set aside.
In a high powered blender or food processor, blend nuts until ground. Add dates and Superberry IdealRaw protein and blend until mixture combines and becomes sticky. Roll dough into 15 balls and press down with a fork. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
