Superberry Thumbprint Cookies

These cookies may look super simple, and with only four ingredients they actually are really simple. But don’t let that deceive you! These thumbprint cookies are deceivingly delicious!

Made with nuts, dates, and Superberry Protein, it’s a combination made from heaven!

Superberry Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients

  • .5c - raw almonds
  • .5c - raw cashews
  • 1c - dates
  • 1scoop - Superberry IdealRaw Protein

Instructions

  1. Soak dates in warm water for at least 15 minutes, until softened. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a high powered blender or food processor, blend nuts until ground. Add dates and Superberry IdealRaw protein and blend until mixture combines and becomes sticky. Roll dough into 15 balls and press down with a fork. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
