Sweet and Salty Chocolate Bites

  • .5 c rolled oats, partially blended
  • .25 c rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Chocolate IdealRaw Protein
  • .5 c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • .5 c pretzels, crushed
  • .25 c coconut oil, melted & cooled
  • .25 c honey
  • .25 c natural peanut butter, softened


  1. Stir together the coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter in a medium sized bowl.  Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir mix to combine all together.  Roll in 18 balls that are about 1 1/2 tablespoons each.  Store in a sealable container and chill for about 1 hour.  Enjoy and keep refrigerated before serving!
