Ingredients

  • .5 c lite coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Superberry IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • 1 c frozen mixed berries

Method

  1. In a high powered blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into small loaf pan and freeze about 2 hours, or until solid. Remove from freezer and let thaw for a few minutes. Scoop and enjoy!
