Vanilla Maple Almond Granola

- 2 c old fahsioned oats
- .25 c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
- .25 c baby pumpkin seeds
- .5 c almonds, chopped
- .5 c 100% organic maple syrup
- .25 tsp sea salt
- .25 c coconut oil
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F. Mix oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in Vanilla IdealRaw.
Pour on oat mixture. Stir until completely coated. Spread mixture onto a baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes. Stir mixture, and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in coconut chips. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
