Vanilla Maple Almond Granola
- 6 (1/2 Cup)
- 2c - old fahsioned oats
- .25c - unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1tbsp - chia seeds
- 1scoop - Vanilla IdealRaw Protein
- .25c - baby pumpkin seeds
- .5c - almonds, chopped
- .5c - 100% organic maple syrup
- .25tsp - sea salt
- .25c - coconut oil

Preheat oven to 320 degrees F. Mix oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in Vanilla IdealRaw.
Pour on oat mixture. Stir until completely coated. Spread mixture onto a baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes. Stir mixture, and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in coconut chips. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
