Nothing beats waking up to a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls. Well, except waking up to these vegan cinnamon roll protein bites!
They are much lighter than your traditional cinnamon bun but just as delicious. You won’t have a sugar crash later either. Enjoy!
Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites
Makes about 15 bites, serving size is one bite.

- .5 c almond flour
- 1 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw Organic Protein
- .75 c rolled oats, partially blended (measure before blending)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- .25 c maple syrup
- .25 c sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice)
Partially blend the rolled oats by pulsing them in a blender 3-4 times. Be careful not to make oat flour. Leave bigger chunks of oats throughout. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add your almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and nut butter. Stir ingredients all together. Add the honey and mix well with hands until the mixture creates a dough.
Roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls and place on a cookie tray or plastic ware with parchment paper underneath. It should make around 15 balls.
Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes then transfer them to a sealable container. Store in the fridge until your ready to enjoy!
