Ingredients

  • .33c - rolled oats
  • .66c - water
  • - dash of salt
  • 1tbsp. - ground flax
  • .5scoop - Chocolate IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • .33c - raspberries
  • .33c - blackberries
  • 2tbsp. - unsweetened coconut chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, water, and salt in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.  Cook oats for about 3-4 minutes.  Remove from heat and quickly stir in protein powder and flax. Stir until combined and pour into a bowl. Top with fresh berries and coconut, salute, and enjoy!
