  • .33 c rolled oats
  • .66 c water
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax
  • .5 scoop Chocolate IdealRaw Organic Protein
  • .33 c raspberries
  • .33 c blackberries
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut chips


  1. Combine the oats, water, and salt in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.  Cook oats for about 3-4 minutes.  Remove from heat and quickly stir in protein powder and flax. Stir until combined and pour into a bowl. Top with fresh berries and coconut, salute, and enjoy!
