We know we are a little late to the party and that cauliflower pizza has been trending for a while now.

Which is why we decided to take it up a notch, and include not only cauliflower pizza recipes, but multiple pizza crust recipes using different vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and zucchini, oh my!

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

A cauliflower pizza crust

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dried ground basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash a head of cauliflower and chop up florets. Pulse cauliflower in a high powered blender or food processor until finely ground.
  2. Cover and microwave cauliflower for 2-3 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Place cauliflower in cheesecloth and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  4. Mix cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, garlic powder, pepper, basil, and oregano. Add egg and stir until combined. Form dough into a ball and place on a parchment covered pizza pan.
  5. Spread dough to edges of pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Add sauce and favorite toppings and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!

Cauliflower Spinach Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium head of cauliflower
  • 2 c raw spinach
  • 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash a head of cauliflower and chop up florets. Pulse cauliflower and spinach in a high powered blender or food processor until finely ground.

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash zucchinis and chop into small pieces. Pulse zucchini in a high powered blender or food processor.
  2. Cover and microwave zucchini for 2-3 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Place zucchini in cheesecloth and squeeze out as much water as possible.

  • 4 c chopped kale leaves
  • 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a high powered blender or food processor, pulse kale leaves until finely ground.
  2. Mix ground kale, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic salt, basil, and oregano. Add egg and stir until combined. Form dough into a ball, and place on a parchment covered pizza pan.
  3. Spread dough to edges of pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Add sauce and favorite toppings and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!
