Caramel Popcorn

Let’s be honest. It’s just not the holidays without a little popcorn! Unfortunately, most popcorn out there is loaded with fat, artificial butter, and calories. Not this popcorn!

It’s made with low-calorie air popped corn, pure maple syrup, and organic coconut oil. Enjoy!

Caramel Popcorn

Serves 2. Serving size is 1.5 cups

Prep Time


  • 3 c air popped popcorn
  • 1 tbsp IdealRaw Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • .5 tsp sea salt


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat coconut oil and maple syrup until coconut oil has melted and mixture begins to boil. Let simmer for a couple of minutes then remove from heat.

  2. Pour mixture over popcorn and mix until coated. Spread onto parchment paper and let cool for 20 minutes or until coating has hardened. Enjoy!
