Lisa Introduces IdealRaw Organic Matcha Tea Powder

When You Need A Boost Of Energy

My name’s Lisa Danielson, and I’m the head nutritionist at IdealRaw. I’m also a certified personal trainer and have an ISSA certification in Fitness Nutrition. I often see a common struggle among many of my clients deal with as they work on improving their health — lack of energy.

With how busy our lives are, all while throwing exercise into the schedule, our energy can drain pretty quickly. Most of us cope with morning cups of coffee, afternoon energy drinks, or sodas.

IdealRaw Organic Matcha Tea is the solution to those midday caffeine crashes. It’s made from the entire green tea leaf, which means you get amazing benefits: antioxidants, naturally occurring caffeine, and L-theanine — an amino acid that prevents those caffeine “jitters.”

And the fact that Idealraw Organic Matcha Tea powder is culinary grade means that you can add this healthy energy to a variety of foods and recipes. It’s as versatile as it is helpful.

What is Matcha Tea? How is it made?

IdealRaw Organic Matcha Tea is a special form of green tea. The tea leaf is grown, harvested, and processed in a special way. About three weeks before harvesting, green tea plants are grown in the shade, which allows for a higher concentration of caffeine and L-Theanine to be produced, as well as a higher chlorophyll content. The tea plants then have the stems and veins removed. Afterward, the leaves are dried in their entirety and ground into a fine powder. This allows for a much higher nutrient content than your typical green tea extract found in tea bags.
